  • Work with SMEs and Business Leads to understand and document current state processes to identify gaps, risks, and pain points.
  • Map, model, measure, analyze, and optimize the business processes that deliver value to the business.
  • Work with SMEs and Business Leads to elicit, understand, and document business requirements.
  • Works with the development teams to convert documented business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities that can be used (eg. automation, standardization, simplification, and integration) to solve business obstacles and to improve the existing business processes.
  • Ensures future state technical designs leverage best solutions, tools and platforms available to ensure process sustainability and scalability.
  • Ability to create user stories, wireframes, and data models to define and validate the system features and functions.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and users to ensure the system meets the quality and performance standards.
  • Establish & assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Work with Technical BA and/or Development teams to assist with translation of business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Expertise in BPMN (Business Process Modelling Language) to create flowcharts, swim-lane diagrams, and process simulation to visually illustrate the current and future state processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical and illustrative skills, and communication are essential.
