  • - Take ownership of an area and work hand-in-hand with engineering as well as working with stakeholders across the organisation
  • - Create your own roadmap to solve key business problems
  • - Support on strategic projects as required
  • - Work directly with existing Product Managers in an ‘no red tape’ culture
  • - Play a driving role in developing the product organisation at YouLend
  • - Contribute to the product strategy and define longer-term product bets
