Responsibilities

  • - Work with a pod of developers, designers, and QA through problem identification, solutioning, designing, ticket creation, testing, releasing, documenting, and iterating.
  • - Continuously groom the product backlog to ensure incoming feedback and new ideas are vetted and ready to be worked on when there is capacity.
  • - Collaborate with Customer Success and Program Management teams to understand client feedback, and work to solve issues through existing capabilities or new development.
  • - Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • - Offer support to the Sales team with live product demonstrations and solutioning to help close deals and provide accurate product information.
  • - Create client-facing documentation of new product features to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • - Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • - Create and maintain detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • - Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
