Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy: Drive top priority launches that help Monzo Business reach new customers and meet our business objectives. Support PMMs in new product launches, feature releases, and campaigns.
  • Positioning & Messaging Mastery: Deeply understand our market and customers to compose powerful, differentiated positioning. Craft (and coach others to craft) impactful messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Player/Coach Work. Act as both a hands-on contributor, driving several marketing initiatives solo, as well as a leader capable of coaching, guiding and mentoring other strong product marketers.
  • Market Insights: Develop a point of view on market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive changes that impact our Products. Drive in-depth market research alongside our User Research team.
  • Growth/Lifecycle Campaigns: Work in partnership with Product and CRM to drive customer engagement. Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys that lead to targeted campaigns and greater customer loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Be comfortable and work well with a broad range of people at every level of the business from senior leadership to individual contributors.
