Responsibilities

  • Supply Side Orders and Order Gross Margins, factory loading with right product mix.
  • Estimation of markets, target markets and budgets. Ensure their achievement of set targets / budget through regular monitoring, supporting and guiding sales teams throughout the year, with implementation of improvements in plans as needed.
  • Develop and implements annual marketing plans in conjunction with business unit/product group. Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
  • Manages teams with a focus on operational execution; short/medium-term operational goals.
  • Making human resource planning, selection, development, and performance of the team. Resource Management including utilizing individual subject matter expertise.
