Responsibilities

  • Become a recognized subject matter expert on the functions and uses of the platforms you support which span transaction processing, account maintenance, and reporting.
  • Participate in the product discovery process, conduct customer research, gather insights from stakeholders, and synthesize data, applying various techniques and tools to generate and validate product ideas which are aligned to customer problems.
  • Support, drive, and socialize the product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver the right business value at the right time.
  • Gather and search large technical/business documents and data sets to find important information that translates to requirements or supports research and troubleshooting activities.
