Responsibilities

  • DEVELOP A WINNING PORTFOLIO
  • Define the approach and develop a “Portfolio of Flavors and Solutions” with Segment BU’s and Technical teams that should fulfil Segment Strategy, Cluster needs, Applications needs and Synergy Ambitions. (Considering product profiles/performance/gaps, regulatory requirements, cost-in-use guidelines etc.)
  • Participate in the tasting and evaluation sessions to educate self and support the portfolio development.
  • Provide end-to-end data analysis and insights to support portfolio development.
  • MANAGE PORTFOLIO FOR SUCCESS
  • Develop portfolio understanding and usage guideline for technical and commercial community.
  • Fulfill superuser role for product management tool.
  • Provide end-to-end data analysis and insights using CRM and Product Management Tool to obtain actionable insights.
  • Review and fulfil the gap in “Portfolio of Flavors and Solutions”, considering product profiles/performance/gaps, regulatory requirements, cost-in-use guidelines etc.
  • Support Application teams on rationalizing “sample orders and stock” management across the application labs in the region.
  • Support in Distributor’s and Customer’s portfolio build up and lead its management on our product management and digital customer engagement tool.
  • Monitor and report portfolio performance through simple dashboard.
  • Capture feedback for continuous improvement
  • CROSS FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT FOR PORTFOLIO
  • Liaise with pricing team to ensure pricing tools are inclusive of newly added products and support maintenance of collection pricing.
  • Support creation team on regional raw material introduction requirements.
  • Liaise with procurement, industrialization, and supply chain teams for material introduction and portfolio/supply optimization initiatives.
