What are the working hours for the Production Operative position?
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts either from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, alternating weekly. Alternatively, the shifts can be from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, also alternating weekly.
What qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates should have experience working within a controlled production environment, such as pharmaceutical or food manufacturing. A strong attention to detail, organisational and planning skills, good communication skills, and the ability to handle stress and work under pressure are also required.
What are the main responsibilities of the Production Operative?
Main responsibilities include working to a production plan for parenteral nutrition, assembling raw ingredients according to individual patient requirements, replenishing materials and components for shifts, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with standard operating procedures, and ensuring appropriate disposal from the cleanrooms.
Is there any weekend or night shift work involved in this job?
No, the position does not require any weekend working or night shifts.
