Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the provision of a learning and development programme and schedule for Agriculture which encompasses black letter law training, knowledge sharing sessions and development sessions.
  • Providing support to Agriculture lawyers and to rural surveyors assisting with queries that arise on transactions or client matters.
  • Providing and maintaining quality documentation and precedents for use by lawyers and surveyors in Agriculture and preparing bespoke precedents for particular Estates and other clients.
  • Writing articles and encourage and facilitate production of articles by lawyers.
  • Providing training to the Agriculture team and externally to clients.
