Responsibilities

  • Gérer un ou plusieurs projets de d’introduction de nouveaux produits MEMS
  • Planifier les livrables et les jalons de ces projets et définir le « Work Breakdown Structure » (WBS) détaillé
  • Développer l’échéancier détaillé de ces projets et y intégrer toute la planification des ressources requises
  • Maintenir un registre de risque permettant de développer des plans de contingence et mettre en place des plans d’action pour réduire les risques et le temps de développement du projet et augmenter la qualité des livrables
  • Prendre en charge les communications et faciliter celles-ci à tous les niveaux (à l’intérieur de l’équipe de projets, dans l’entreprise ainsi qu’à l’externe avec les clients)
  • Gérer les coûts des projets et le « Work in Progress » (WIP) des lots prototypes afin de maintenir le projet dans les coûts planifiés, tout en réduisant les risques du projet auminimum
  • Gérer les coûts et les revenus de projets de type Temps et Matériel dans notre environnement SAP
  • Gérer, guider et supporter les différentes unités et professionnels travaillant sur les projets afin de s’assurer de l’atteinte des objectifs
  • Prendre en charge la documentation interne et externe relative à l’exécution des projets
