Responsibilities

  • - Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for our Expanded Access Programs
  • - Collaborate internally and with our Biopharma client to ensure a smooth-running program and correct reporting
  • - Keep oversight of the program and manage all the ongoing activities and communication
  • - Develop strong relations, trust with all stakeholders, and keep them up to date on the process/progress of your program
  • - Achieve high customer satisfaction
  • - Develop and advise on solutions to tackle operational issues along with relevant subject-matter experts
  • - Be responsible for the onboarding and launch of innovative programs
  • - Create detailed timelines including deliverables, milestones and objectives and ensure that deadlines are being met
  • - Contribute to improving our Expanded Access Program processes and strategies
  • - Support overall myTomorrows program performance and operations, as needed
