Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of assigned cross-functional projects that support planning and research efforts
  • Create and maintain operating mechanisms with Director of HR Business Partnerships so that the collaboration with HR and other departments serves the business needs.
  • Consistently communicate and redirect HR team to upcoming priorities and follow-ups (strategy meetings, step-backs, etc.)
  • Manage the tracking of HR-related activities, analyze data trends and gaps, and offer ad hoc reports to support department initiatives, objectives, and strategies.
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and control HR projects with the right tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project management.
  • Assist with the development and revision of project documents, status updates, communications, testing, and implementation efforts
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly group meetings and ad hoc project meetings; document and share agendas and minutes.
  • Collect all relevant data from various sources on HR and elsewhere to present in clear and concise visualization templates for analysis.
  • Ensure strong operating mechanisms and follow-up between and among cross-functional departments
  • Ensure all communication to key constituents around expectations, deadlines, and deliverables is clear and on time
  • Work with other department teams to coordinate cross-collaboration on events and projects, ensuring timely follow-up, anticipating needs, and resolving problems
  • Manage operating calendar, document archives, and processes database.
  • Participate in operating mechanisms for cross-functional teams to facilitate communication: check-ins/business partnership meetings.
  • Review and revise data visualization and reporting across HR to ensure data analysis offers clear and compelling insights for effective decision-making
  • Assist with defining the HR strategic direction and creating plans to achieve business objectives
  • Diligently track project progress of business functions and provide updates and plans to leaders to ensure goal completion.
