Responsibilities

  • Ensure the ongoing successful and timely delivery of Teckro products and premium services to clients for the assigned programme/portfolio.
  • Define use cases to support customer business.
  • Oversee and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions both at implementation and throughout the trial’s lifecycle that align with service level agreements.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with client decision makers and influencers.
  • Develop and manage governance model and issue escalation pathway for assigned client.
  • Establish standards/operating framework that aligns with client needs/expectations to promote standardization and drive efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with key existing clients through frequent communication, including formal and informal meetings and client visits.
  • Work with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to identify, monitor and manage risks during the development of the programme and adhere to change control process where applicable.
  • Track, review and assess the implementation and ongoing Teckro KPIs for the programme and identify areas of improvement.
  • Working with the client, develop the business case and ROI metrics to demonstrate the value of the Teckro platform across the elements of speed, cost and quality.
  • Ensure access to client data/metrics in order to develop the business case.
  • Regularly contribute ideas for innovation and product, quality, and process improvements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business development executives and other stakeholders.
  • Educate clients for assigned programmes on products, new solutions and best practices.
  • Ensure that training is provided on Teckro products as needed to clients and new users at a programme level.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the managed clients for the assigned programme/portfolio/client.
  • Proactively identify issues in client service relationships, address these directly and intervene when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Being an active contributor of the sales team to reach and exceed the sales quota while achieving sales targets.
  • Manage Account Plan development activities for assigned clients and own the development and delivery of the operational delivery plan.
  • Participate in conferences and support other Marketing activities to share Teckro’s ROI and use cases for the platform.
  • Participate in use case development for Teckro products by phase, stage of development, therapeutic area and study role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%).
  • Undertake other duties in-line with your role and business requirements as required and requested by the hiring manager.
