Responsibilities

  • Own roadmap, governance and reporting for all change within the Digital Portfolio
  • Co-ordinate and oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of multiple initiatives/projects across the Digital Department.
  • Proactively monitor progress and support the identification of high-level risks and issues against the Digital Portfolio by functioning as point of escalation and facilitating mitigation of risks and/or resolution of issues.
  • Line manager for Delivery Managers and BA within the team
  • Where needed lead projects within Digital and / or over see some of the larger strategic programmes across the business
  • Embrace and promote a strong team culture with a focus on collaborative working, open communication and working towards the best service for our customers.
  • Identify, elaborate, and track against clear and measurable objectives for each project
  • Effectively monitor and manage resource utilisation across the portfolio.
  • Communicate clearly with all levels of the business and bring together technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Identify, highlight, and resolve any problems that might impact the ability of the team to deliver against objectives.
  • Form strong working relationships with business stakeholders and other members of the Digital department
