Responsibilities

  • Participate in end-to-end supply chain projects with tasks such as preparation of detailed project plan, lead time + financial analysis, finding opportunities to improve operational efficiency, create & roll-out successful implementation strategy, monitor/maintain results and quickly address any issues.
  • Project streams and deliverables management: lead specific project streams, and own key deliverables, including defining the approach and process. Coordinate process across cross-functional teams to complete deliverables
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly KPIs based on carrier performance
  • Create monthly KPIs showcasing opportunities for better cost/operational control
  • Audit and process invoices/csv files weekly
  • Support Manager and team with ad-hoc analytics and/or internal requests
  • Contribute to increasing the efficiency and productivity of the Global Transportation team and find continuous improvement in operational processes
