 Typical Responsibilities

 <li> Leading the architectural design process from programming and conceptual design through permitting and construction</li>
 <li> Conducting thorough zoning and code reviews and lead project regulatory approvals</li>
 <li> Organizing, preparing, and presenting design concepts and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders</li>
 <li> Leading and collaborating with project team members and consultants</li>
 <li> Actively contribute to mentorship, office culture, initiatives, and learning programs</li>
 </ul>
 Preferred Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li> Five or more years of experience in a professional architecture practice</li>
 <li> Architectural license</li>
 <li> LEED or Living Future accreditation preferred</li>
 <li> Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite</li>
