  • Assist Market Leaders (MLs) and Project Managers (PMs) with various admin tasks relating to proposals, Vantagepoint, Smartsheet entry/tracking.
  • Proposal support, generation, and expertise.
  • System expertise such as Vantage Point and contracting software.
  • Assisting with project management/billing reports.
  • Data input and integrity management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes for MLs, as requested.
  • Other misc. administrative and operational functions as directed by the MLs and PMs such as managing project schedules and client agendas.
  • Create letters, memos, correspondence, etc. for the MLs and PMs. Schedule meetings, notify attendees, and coordinate rooms, etc. for the Land Leaders as requested.
  • Serve as backup for Office Administrators, when needed.
  • Support agency and client deliveries.
  • Perform tasks such as transmittals, printing, and scanning.
