  • Organise and schedule team meetings, group travel, and events, ensuring attendance, accurate minute-taking, and smooth execution.
  • Effectively manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong service levels and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, Senior Project Manager and the Project Management Team to oversee the preparation of key project documentation.
  • Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, invoice receipting and administrative tasks, ensuring timely payment of contractors.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, communicate project updates and schedule training courses for the project and Development teams.
