Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, and management of capital projects processes, procedures, and administrative services to ensure the Project Controls functions are delivered with consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to achieve the client’s business objectives.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Project Controls best practices and deliverables
  • Manage oversight and performance of portfolio project controls
  • Lead projects in the implementation of project controls processes including forecasting, planning, monitoring, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting
  • Manage, develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Support cost and schedule contingency management, and work with key stakeholders to identify and manage project risks
  • Manage change control process for Projects
  • Support commitments of expenditure on the project and support payment of invoices
  • Provide leadership to the Project Controls Team
  • Prime interface with client and other shareholders
  • Ensure the success of the Project Controls staff through mentoring and training.
