Responsibilities

  • - Be responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, and management of capital projects processes, procedures, and administrative services to ensure the Project Controls functions are delivered with consistency and quality.
  • - Collaborate with the PMO team to achieve the client’s business objectives.
  • - Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Project Controls best practices and deliverables.
  • - Manage oversight and performance of portfolio project controls.
  • - Lead projects in the implementation of project controls processes including forecasting, planning, monitoring, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting.
  • - Manage, develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • - Support cost and schedule contingency management, and work with key stakeholders to identify and manage project risks.
  • - Manage change control process for Projects.
  • - Support commitments of expenditure on the project and support payment of invoices.
  • - Provide leadership to the Project Controls Team.
  • - Prime interface with client and other shareholders.
  • - Ensure the success of the Project Controls staff through mentoring and training.
