Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional execution and rollout of some of Gallup’s most influential and important learning and development initiatives.
  • Register projects, determine priorities, and establish and track milestones to make sure that the multiple projects you coordinate stay on track.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to position resources and people for optimum productivity, efficiency and quality.
  • Find innovative solutions to obstacles and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide the world-class deliverables that our clients expect and deserve.
  • Build strong relationships, collaborate well with others, and ensure that deadlines and requirements are met while keeping an eye on the intricate details of each phase of the process.
