Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lifestyle merchandise projects for DTC channels
  • Coordinate development and production with merchandise vendors
  • Request samples and follow up on production schedules with vendors
  • Coordinate internal product requests (ie: event product launch, employee benefits, belonging groups, etc)
  • Maintain Development tracker and Material Master data accuracy
  • Support with product SKU creation process (style #, color codes, generate UPC, etc)
  • Assure product commercialization / compliance for global resale into all channels (testing, legal, copy, etc)
  • Maintain product creation timelines with cross functional teams including design studio, strategy, marketing, comms, digital, retail, ops, etc
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service to staff, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interface
  • Meeting coordination and conference room reservations & set-up, as needed
  • Attend meetings, if necessary, for taking minutes and documenting other information
  • Managing workload - prioritizing work and ensuring deadlines are met
