Responsibilities

  • Developing and recommending process design options at conceptual level to identify the solutions that best suit the clients’ priorities and future developments, both for waste-to-energy facilities with and without Carbon Capture.
  • Performing energy- and process technical calculations on e.g. incineration plants and biogas plants, including newer technologies such as large heat pumps, gasification and carbon capture, in Excel, Ebsilon, Thermoflex and other tools
  • Devising energy concepts for projects, including technical descriptions, process diagrams, expected energy efficiency, etc. in dialogue with customers and colleagues.
  • Contributing to tender documents, evaluation of tenders and review of suppliers' retail design.
  • Contributing to our competence team of experts, which focus on knowledge sharing, learning from projects, development of tools and best practice.
  • Determining optimization potentials and solve energy technical problems
