Responsibilities

  • Draft independent engineering / due diligence reports on evaluated technologies.
  • Able to draft a data table and risk table (as part of an independent engineering / due diligence report or otherwise).
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication – communicating succinctly and clearly.
  • Liaise with a variety of stakeholders when providing engineering expertise (e.g., clients, technology providers, other engineering disciplines).
  • Supports client in delivering project on-time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships for the success of projects; interface with customer at project meetings.
  • Perform effective teamwork among functional teams (management, engineering, and quality teams) and provide day to day direction for core team on assigned projects.
  • Responsible for implementation of PM principles/practices on a project or system.
  • Develop tools, methods, techniques, guidelines and templates for implementation of standardized project management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with project related processes related to finance, human resources, contracts, quality assurance, and other related operations.
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring for small to mid-level projects in the life cycle phases of the startup, interim and close out.
  • Track project resource needs and contingency plans for key resources.
  • Work with project team on planning portfolio of project.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on targets and updates.
  • Collect and analyze project performance data to support reporting on project health.
