Responsibilities

  • Provides functional and technical support to Project Managers.
  • Facilitates large data collections to support project needs / phases
  • Ensures all relevant data for project follow up are timely available and accurate (i.e. financials & invoice matching, team members time tracking, action logs, issues logs, risks logs, tasks management, ServiceNow operational management)
  • Delivers the reporting required and follow up with each project contributors where applicable
  • Participates in project meetings (follow up on action logs, weekly operations reviews)
  • Fully supports project managers in the usage of standard project management tools (Service Now, PM toolkit, ..)
  • Looks for opportunities for continuous improvements in PMO practices
  • Proposes simplification to our internal processes
  • Provides logistical and management support to Project Managers
  • Ensures consistent application of project management Practices
  • Effectively builds and maintains internal and external relationships and cultivates a network of experts inside and outside the organization
  • Builds and maintains reference methods, standards, tools and templates of Program and Project management tailored to the group business domains, deliver training material and courses and on the job coaching.
  • Ensures the quality standards for key Project deliverables (timeliness of key milestones, budget accuracy, risk management plan)
