Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for outputs and performance within your projects, measured against safety, quality, production, budget, required timings and client satisfaction.
  • - Ensure efficient communication with your assigned Project Coordinator and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery on all projects.
  • - Timely and effective reporting and communication through to your Contract Delivery Manager.
  • - Ensure your assigned tree cutting teams have a suitable work bank and are being fully utilised across the wider contract.
  • - Update and manage the Work Programme, SD Programme, Held Up Programme, Planning checklists and all similar programmes for your project and assigned teams.
  • - Satisfactorily resolving any Held-Up spans that need client resolution to obtain consent.
