  • You collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure interlinkage of initiatives with other HR products and ensure successful adoption across all regions
  • You define KPIs for your projects/topics and steer them with high ambition
  • You steer the execution of engagement and work-effectiveness initiatives by managing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with stakeholders
  • You support global HR Business Partners and management in analysis and interpretation of survey results and in deriving conclusions and measures
  • You continuously screen external market best practices and market trends and propose (new) products or product improvements for increased impact
