Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including academic partners, internal university departments, medical faculty, and administrators to gather requirements and ensure the renovated facility meets educational and clinical needs.
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Manage risk by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the transition and move-in process upon project completion.
  • Manage the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the bidding process and selection of consultants, contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, facility accreditation, and university policies. Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds specified standards.
