Responsibilities

  • Provide project management leadership and operational support throughout the Quality Systems and Compliance (QSC) team by leading cross functional and cross regional initiatives.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans and where applicable, integrate and own master schedule. Manage dependencies and risk mitigations, where applicable.
  • Support the management of project team meetings and ensuring closure of gaps and action items and driving resolution of risks identified.
  • Support the build out and maintenance of dashboards and reports needed.
  • Facilitate projects by establishing core teams and increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the design process, and driving operational excellence.
  • Remove impediments preventing progress on prioritized work.
  • Communicate status; champion consistent reporting on program and project metrics using a data-driven approach.
  • Independently drive and execute priority projects with timely escalation to and engagement with the VP QSC and other senior leaders as needed.
