The primary responsibility of a Proofreader at SGK is to ensure that all materials, products, and proofs are released with accurate content, inspecting and proofreading all content (text, art, color, etc.) for complete accuracy before they proceed to the next steps in the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in English, Journalism, or a related field, along with 3+ years of previous proofreading experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
