Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise-wide release management, including preparing ceremony with engineering and product for discovery, definition, planning, and implementation review

  • Partner with product, engineering, IT and Security to define and maintain service level configuration database to provide reference for incident resolution and release communications
  • Execute enterprise-wide incident command to drive resolution for production disruptions, and review model that improves upon technical issue resolution and stakeholder response
  • Execute problem management, including Identifying root cause of incidents and partnering with engineering to implement preventative measures
  • Improve program focus on ensuring operational excellence and maturity at scale
  • Drive a culture of innovation and be an agent of change
  • Cultivate a culture that rewards aggressive pursuit of innovative solutions to problems
  • Be responsive to the business in proposing and developing new products and services
