  • Deliver a smooth, unfragmented, and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and various stages of the Content lifecycle.
  • Execute initiatives supporting content growth through faster onboarding and ongoing source maintenance.
  • Facilitate new content delivery setups and manage transitions in content delivery platforms and formats to ensure speed and completeness.
  • Support the lifecycle of the licensing process, including renewal activities for selected content partners.
