We are hiring for 2 Purchase Ledger Clerks to support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
Where is the job located?
The position is based at our headquarters in Lytham, with some time spent at our Hotel at Mill Farm Sports Village.
What are the main duties of a Purchase Ledger Clerk?
The main duties include checking purchase orders against purchase invoices, dealing with incoming post, scanning invoices, posting and allocating cash, reconciling supplier statements, allocating invoices into the system, matching and reconciling invoices to payments made, preparing payment runs, processing team expenses, and resolving queries in a timely manner.
What qualifications or experience are required for this position?
Candidates should have purchase ledger experience, a good knowledge of Excel and Word, and preferably experience with SAGE 200.
