  • Associate's or other degree preferred and Experience in a manufacturing and regulated environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and Basic knowledge of scientific terms and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard practice
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for QA release of materials or products, or similar record review activities
  • Support the eQMS Training Management System and Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of eQMS
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparation
  • Participate in Quality Events, complaints and CAPAs, as required
  • Administer Quality Assurance training as needed
  • Assist with daily office tasks and procedures, compile documents as directed and rework outdated procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
