Responsibilities

  • Providing advice and support on all aspects of the organisations clinical audit processes, assisting colleagues in evaluating the effectiveness of service delivery against agreed standards of care.
  • Designing and undertaking audit projects as agreed with the team manager ensuring projects utilise appropriate methodology to achieve their objectives
  • Develop and facilitate audits to support monitoring of compliance with national guidelines and standards
  • Management of individual audit projects with designated service areas and to actively encourage groups to use a Quality Improvement approach to implement change and re-audit
