  • Responsible for ensuring that the correct materials to the correct Quality specification and standard are delivered

  • Undertaking specific testing (training will be provided), such as identity tests, for certain raw materials and completing formal Test Reports to record the results to a GMP standard
  • Scrutinising suppliers results, provided on a Certificate of Analysis, or similar, to ensure that they have reported required test results to confirm that their material(s) meet the in-house standard
  • Applying QC Passed stickers to stock that is deemed acceptable, enabling it to be moved into the Raw Material warehouse
  • Detailing Passed status in the company’s electronic stock management system
  • Doc-to-stock timescales being met routinely
  • Reporting of non-conformances to the QC Lab Manager in a timely manner
  • Ability to perform and report any required testing accurately
