  • Inspect Repairs: Examine repaired bikes, comparing them to our quality standards, measuring dimensions, and ensuring full functionality
  • Monitor Compliance: Ensure that all 3PRs are adhering to Swapfiets’ repair work instructions and quality protocols
  • Training & Assessment: Train and assess the skills of the local 3PR repair teams, ensuring consistency in quality and performance
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor the quality performance of 3PR locations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing solutions to enhance both quality and efficiency
  • Daily Site Visits: Regularly visit 3PR locations to sample-check repaired bikes and ensure consistent quality standards across all sites
