  • Acquire new stores that are part of franchise chains and lead them towards success on the platform (account management).
  • Focus geographically on the Randstad area with daily visits and calls to acquire and manage franchise stores within the Grocery, Convenience & Retail segment.
  • Start with individual franchisees and work towards HQ deals bringing business to the next phase of growth.
  • Close deals with franchise stores by walking into their stores or seeking contact via phone or e-mail on a daily basis.
  • Create early success with franchise stores to build an example to convert additional franchisees and their headquarters.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through lead generating, prospecting, qualifying, managing, closing and implementing sales opportunities.
  • Be a driven and positive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and contributes to growth.
