Responsibilities

  • Due to further expansion of the group, we now have an opportunity to join this market leading practice in London at Director level.
  • The work will include working on a varied and interesting case-load which involves working with clients from different sectors including Retail, Energy, Hotels & Leisure, Offices, Industrial and Development.
  • The specialisms of the team include development (including vacant possession strategies and rights of light), property-related professional negligence, pre-emptive injunctive relief, secured lending, telecoms and rent review, in addition to the usual focus on management matters (including business lease renewals, dilapidations, breaks, arrears and tenant insolvency).
  • The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for supervising junior members of the team and will be required to assist with a busy case-load, which will include dealing with both contentious and potentially non contentious matters from their start through to a conclusion.
