Responsibilities

  • Here's what you'll do:
  • As a Receptionist at ibis Schiphol, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests.
  • If a guest has a question, you'll happily investigate to assist them in the best way possible.
  • Whether it's providing tips about the city, arranging a taxi, or informing them about breakfast timings, you'll ensure every guest leaves satisfied!
  • You'll also assist our Front Office team with guest check-ins and check-outs, invoice preparation, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Answering phone calls will also be part of your role.
  • Furthermore, you'll need to be resilient under stress and a true multitasker, as you'll need to promptly arrange rooms for stranded travelers from Schiphol.
