  • Handle grocery runs and mail duties such as picking up, sorting, delivering mail, and maintaining the postage machine.
  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and assisting customers for Wild Delight, Better Bird, and L’Avian products.
  • Organize and file key documents such as BOLs, packing slips, inbound deliveries, and Walmart shipment records.
  • Assist with company events, including planning, set-up, take-down, and managing D&D gear inventory and distribution.
  • Attend safety meetings, organize fire and tornado drills, and document safety activities.
  • Provide support to other departments (i.e., Sales, Human Resources, Production) to ensure smooth business operations.
