As part of this, you will advise on labour market information and trends to aid pipelines, and ultimately attract the best talent on the market.
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other technology in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
  • Meet and achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis
