Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruiting process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for US/CAN corporate positions across multiple brands and functions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Actively source passive candidates using various channels to build diverse talent pools, collaborating closely with hiring teams to identify opportunity for proactive recruitment according to business needs.
  • Research and Pipeline: Maintain close pulse on market trends across our industry to advise team on competitive opportunity to engage top talent and represent LS&Co. on social media or at career fairs, conferences, networking and DE&I partnership events.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to provide guidance and recommendations to attract and hire top talent while maintaining timely status updates during the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage interview logistics and deliver a best-in-class interview experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain data with integrity, update our ATS with candidate information and recruitment activity, support other duties within our TDE&I team as needed.
