Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung WWF interner Trainings- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen incl. der technischen und konzeptionellen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der E-Learningplattform
  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Durchführung von Mitarbeitendenbefragungen sowie der nachfolgenden Maßnahmen
  • Strategische Konzeption und Implementierung der PE-Strategie und -Prozesse, insbesondere PE-Bedarfsplanung, Wirkungsanalysen usw.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern im Zuge der Personalentwicklung
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in Fragen der Personalentwicklung
