Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and effective implementation of the account plan: Collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans that align with company goals and customer needs, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage the account portfolio to achieve margin plans: Oversee existing and future sales to consistently meet and exceed margin targets. Work closely with the Global Key Customer Manager and regional teams to establish and drive the commercial strategy to deliver on business plan.
  • Ensure operational discipline: Maintain high standards in operational processes, including accurate pricing, demand forecasting, adherence to payment terms, and effective opportunity management. This ensures seamless operations and superior customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supply effectiveness: Collaborate with the Supply Quality Manager and Customer Service Representatives to ensure top-class supply accuracy for the customer. Conduct Global Operations Calls with Unilever to address supply chain issues, manage eventual crisis and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Influence and manage stakeholders: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams or initiatives, including regulatory-driven change management, to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
