  • Manage the exit interview process for departing employees, identifying trends and concerns for escalated review and action.
  • Assist managers with the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency with ratings and known performance issues.
  • Organize and oversee employee events as the Regional Employee Events Committee Chairperson, including negotiating contracts and maintaining the annual employee events budget.
  • Serve as a Corporate culture ambassador to maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
