  • Develop marketing strategies and execution plans for pricing, route to market, aligned with global strategies, brand promotion / licensing, and partnership with key value chain players and end customers based on needs-based segmentation.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and technology leadership to ensure resources are effectively prioritized and aligned with segment objectives.
  • Engage and assess customer needs and preferences to identify market trends and forecast demand.
  • Drive execution in partnership with sales, technology and Market Development Leaders of innovation portfolio, aligned with regionally based needs and own resulting regional growth performance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain on optimization needs required to effectively service the market.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and market research to identify opportunities for regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with other regional RMLs to support strategic partner growth initiatives.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to ensure Nomex® & Kevlar® stay ahead of the curve.
