Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of wide range of People activities across a global, diverse set of functions/teams; partner with Regional & Global People colleagues to ensure global agenda is achieved while managing local requirements.
  • Provide direct and indirect insight to leadership and their teams on complex people issues, including but not limited to employee relations, talent development, retention and recruitment strategies, with the ability to recognize and involve specialist members of other resources within People team where appropriate.
  • Design and deliver creative People solutions that assist in sustaining a positive working environment to foster employee engagement.
  • Facilitate implementation of training & development programs and strategies, utilizing global internal resources and external resources as appropriate, to support improved business performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Develop human capital plan to execute business goals: define needs, organizational profile, and build talent mindset within organization.
  • Drive the Performance Management Process with employees and People Leaders. Facilitate review sessions with management to ensure consistency and equity across client groups.
  • Counsel employees and People Leaders in areas of performance improvement and in identifying training and development opportunities. Coach People Leaders to manage employee performance issues.
  • Consult with employees and People Leaders on a wide variety of employee relations issues and work with the management teams to create a positive employee relations environment.
