  • Efficiently track Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or PE/VC transactions, and accurately and concisely transpose relevant information into internal database/s.
  • Collect, analyze, and process financial market information from various data sources and into the database/s utilized by the team.
  • Execute audit resolutions and recommendations for market specific guidelines.
  • Research company filings for financial data and value-added information related to M&A and/or PE/VC deals.
  • Create and refine market specific guidelines as assigned.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information for clients and ensure the integrity of the company's financial market information.
  • Generate monthly reports addressing the M&A or PE/VC transactions market for clients, media, and the investment community.
  • Research and resolve data issues and questions from both internal and external clients.
  • Establish contacts and liaise with investment banks and law firms involved in M&A deals as needed.
  • Ad hoc reporting and research projects as assigned.
