A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required, along with a fundamental understanding of the M&A and/or private equity/venture capital space and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Yes, candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, intermediate analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to multi-task while being highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
