Responsibilities

  • Support new product development and testing in a manner compliant with the ISO13485 quality management system.
  • Perform aseptic mammalian cell culture. Isolate primary cells and tissues and prepare lysates, cells and tissues for antibody testing.
  • Characterize antibodies by various applications including Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, etc.
  • Analyze and summarize data with high attention to detail in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with other product development Research Associates and Scientists to provide project updates, establish project timelines, and assist completion of product development documentation.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to be able to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Keep organized with attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Perform lab tasks, maintain equipment and laboratory supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean laboratory.
  • Support laboratory personnel training as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
